The third annual meeting of the Provincial Grand Court of Northumbria was held on Saturday 11 th May 2019 at the Masonic Hall, Blyth, Northumberland.

The meeting was attended by several Provincial Grand Masters and/or Deputy Provincial Grand Masters, from the Provinces of Lindsey, East Anglia, Mercia and South Rheged. We were also delighted to welcome our past PGM (Lindsey), RWBro. Raymond Norman Dinning, CofM, GCAG, who now finds it difficult to attend meetings because of ongoing health problems.

The meeting was very well attended by Brethren from every Court within the province, some travelling from the far reaches of the province, plus a very welcome number of visitors from our sister province of Lindsey, several visitors travelling from Bourne in Lincolnshire, which is a considerable car journey.

We were delighted to welcome every member and visitor to Blyth Masonic Hall, which proved to be an excellent venue, a very interesting and well appointed building, with very friendly and helpful staff. With over seventy Brethren attending the meeting, and in excess of sixty dining, the Masonic Hall proved to be a very comfortable venue, with a wonderful temple and lovely dining room in which we enjoyed an excellent meal and superb company....an excellent day which I believe was enjoyed by all.
